A new website, www.employerinformation.co.uk has been launched, which invites staff to rate companies on their employment practices.
The website aims to gather honest and anonymous views from employees on issues such as training, salary, management and quality of workplace. They are asked to give genuine feedback, in a controlled environment. This can help job seekers form an unbiased opinion of any company, and the feedback will also help employers to develop and improve their business. Jed Walsh, director of the website, says, ‘This is a perfect opportunity for employers to use this information positively to improve the way their company and their business operates.’
